  • From where our products come from?

    Most of our stock comes from China with a chosen few products from different wholesalers in different nations such as the United States.  Your order could arrive in different packages at different days.

  • How much does the shipping cost and to which countries do you ship?

    We give global dispatching everywhere throughout the world. The shipping cost is not including in the price of the item. Our system will produce a delivery expense for your request.

     

  • How long do I have to wait to get my order?

  • Regulations and Customs

    It is your responsibility to confirm the postal regulations of restricted items in your location, we renounce any liability for items not allowed in a specific geographical region.

  • How might I track my request?

    After your purchase, a tracking code will be sent to the email address given to us within 5-7 business days. The email will also instruct you on how to track your purchase. Take not that we will send it to you within 8-10 business days after you have received the email. If any issues arise with your tracking code, contact us at support@greatlilworld.com.

     

  • Why is it not possible to track my order?

    Take note that the tracking number will be shown within 8-10 business after we have received an update from the custom. In the event that the tracking number is not accessible after this time frame, there are a few conceivable causes:

    If the most recent delivery information has not been updated on the shipping company website it may be that you have the wrong tracking information, the delivery product has already been delivered and it’s tracking has threefold been deleted from the shipping company’s system.

    Please understand that it takes time to ship item internationally, our courier China Post usually takes 3 to 5 weeks and 1 to 3 weeks by e-packet

    If they are not any update on the website the package is probably on its way, please be patient.

  • I wasn’t home when the courier tried to delivered the packet, what to do ?

    It would be ideal if you contacted the courier so you can rearrange delivery. However they will normally attempt to redeliver the following day.

  • I only received one item but I ordered multiple, what to do? 

    Please don’t worry, we do our best to lower the cost on your end with the goal that you don't need to pay high expenses/premiums to get your things! On the off chance that you requested numerous things from us, it is more than likely that the products will be sent in more than one package/delivery.

  • The tracking information says return to sender, what to do?

    If the package comes back to us, please contact us as fast as you can so we can organize to resend your product to you.

    It is your sole duty as the receiver to track your package and to inform the courier of any customs regulations. We are unable to replace or refund for free any orders that were returned to sender or unsuccessfully delivered due to your failure to submit  this necessary information.

  • I haven´t received my order, but the tracking site says delivered?

    Each customer is provided with a tracking number by us. It is your responsibility to check your order status. If the parcel has not been delivered to you please check at your local post office. For any further assistance please contact our Customer Service at support@greatlilworld.com.  Great Lil World does not take any responsibility for items stolen after or during delivery.

  • Delivery

    Additional documents may be required by your local customs office, this may result in a delay to your estimated delivery time.

    Either a local courier or your local post office will deliver your order to you based on your location. In most cases it will be the local post office who delivers your order, therefore your package will normally be received with your regular mail. A notice card will be left by your postal service if you are not at home at time of delivery, this should recommend where and how to collect your order. 

  • Will taxes and customs be charged to me?

    The costs shown on our site are tax-exempt in US Dollars, therefore you might be responsible for paying taxes and duties when you get your package.

    You local customs office will determine If you are liable to be charged import taxes, duties, customs fees once your order has arrived to its destination.
